We went here especially for the cardamon buns which were chewy, sticky and delicious. We also had a cinnamon bun which was very sugary and not as good as the cardamon bun. This Scandanavian bakery has a wide range of other buns and breads that we unfortunately didn't manage to try.

The service was quite slow and fairly impersonal and dismissive. It's also quite a cramped space.

Famous for their buns, I would say a bit of an overuse on the sweetness in the cardamon bun- its obvious the pastry is amazing there is really no need to overpower the dessert with sugar! But I see the hype, paired with their perfectly creamy coffee (especially if you get oat milk) its soothingly balanced!

Not a bad option if you're craving some sweet buns/pastries around the Covent Garden and Leicester Square area. I liked that even though they're known for their Cinnamon Bun and Cardamon Bun, they have an array of options. However, I did find the size of the buns were pretty inconsistent. The shop at this outlet is pretty small, so it's tough to get a seat if you're going during peak times. Additionally, the staff took quite a while to serve me and my friend, even though there was no one else in the café.

I've been recommended this place by a Nord who loves all things bread related, and has extensively tasted every Nordic bakery and the like across London.

The cinnamon buns here are the BEST. Hands down. You wont regret it.

There's really nothing else to it. Buy it, eat it, then go back and buy some more to take home.

The place isn't much to look at....but these buns? Ohhh yeah!

I've only just discovered this place after a friend's recommendation - and I've been twice in the last 48 hours. The buns are beautiful! Sticky, chewy and moreish, they're truly the best baked goods I've had for a while. I've already ticked off the vanilla and cinnamon buns, but I've heard great things about the cardamon one, so I'm saving that for a special occasion.

I L O V E this place. I was a daily visitor to their various branches when I was in Stockholm and actually had cartoon eyes on stalks when I walked past, I naively had no idea that Fabrique had arrived in London. I called my husband with excitement with a mouthful of cardamon bun such pure joy. I love the simple classic flavours that this place offers and their cool simple Scandinavian decor actual inspired the re-decoration of my bathroom. Fabrique welcome to London I am so pleased you are here.

So I love cinnamon, if there's cinnamon buns around i'll have them i just can't resist. I have even made train rides just to go try a new place that have cinnamon buns :) I have to say i couldn't be happier fabrique open just around the corner from the office. They are delicious and def. the best ones i have tasted so far in London. And their bread is delicious - i have tried a few (sordough, rye & cranberry, walnuts & figs) and keep coming back for more. Plus the staff is lovely so if you're around do stop buy and have those buns!!!! ;)

There isn't a great deal of choice and it's pretty pricey at £2.50 for a cinnamon bun but can't argue with the quality - it was delicious.

My favourite bakery in London. Very expensive but well worth it, I recommend the sourdough levain.
