YUM!! Don't be put off by the queues - they go down pretty quickly and you can enjoy a drink while you wait. The best pizzas in town and they're so cheap!

For those who don't know, Nappy Valley = Northcote Road. I visited on a Saturday evening however and there were no kiddies in sight despite the connotations! This branch has expanded which means no more long queues (or shorter queues at least) which is always a bonus but equally the place is still always busy and buzzing with a good atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive, if perhaps strangely a little slow this time (usually it's a fairly fast in-and-out experience). If you're a fan of doughy pizzas, this is the place for you, and although the toppings were a little sparse for my liking, the whole thing was very tasty and with a less than £7 price tag, you can't really complain. Tasty, satisfying and, although it's not the best pizza I've ever had, it's certainly worth a pop-in if you're hungry and in the area.

Northcote Road is packed with very average, rather overpriced eateries so Franco Manca is far and away one of the better dining options. Yes, you'll probably have to queue at peak times, but for pizza this good and this cheap (it's very easy to order a huge pizza and a glass of booze and still leave with change for a tenner - which is essentially unheard of in the yummy mummy paradise that is Clapham Junction) it's generally worth it.

I am a regular at this branch and find it outstanding. The pizza dough is great and so is the cooking. If you have children the added bonus is that the service is extremely fast - you can be in and out in 20 minutes.

I like the minimalistic menu, good wine and organic lemonade.

The pizza was floppy, far too salty, service was poor, ingredients from the special pizza missing at 7.30pm. This was my first time in a Franco Manca restaurant. I will definitely not repeat the experience.
