It's new vibrant stylish . Has a great garden friendly staff . The best coffee and flat bread sandwiches 😀

I really think the last two reviewers are bonkers - making a fuss over teeny operational matters; perhaps they should try claridges for spotlessness and a price to match...?

i've been in the trade for 17 years and i cant fault this INDEPENDANT place. Perhaps jennifer had a po-faced/hung dog expression that day - i recall some of my customers were just bloomin irritating and pedantic. Perhaps when she gets a staff member at the london particular being 'off' with her she will reassess her expecations. Jeez.. some people are never happy !

chantelle - you really should mature a little and have gone back and spoken with them about your 'mouldy' product - no operator wants bad press and they would have bent over backwards to refund you and keep your business. Trust me , i have been there - i know.

go to Freds - you will not be dissapointed with service or product - maybe just the wait time as its the most popular spot locally together with arloe and moe - which is just a teeny bit too small !

I really don't get how people have said there is very friendly staff because we didn't have that experience yesterday. Whilst they weren't mean, they certainly weren't the nicest, especially the blonde woman with a ponytail. My husband got he avo on toast as it sounded delicious and we saw a few plates passing by where it looked just as good. What a disappointment on how bland it was! The avo whilst creamy just lacked the intense flavour it should have. He said his coffee was good though.

The rest of the menu is not that exciting TBH from a veg perspective.

I'm giving a star just for the amazing GF chocolate cake. It's incredibly intense and maybe one of the best I've ever had.

If you want a good brunch place with very friendly staff and GREAT food and options, hit up The London Particular not too far away.

If I could give this one star, I would. I purchased a hot chocolate and a fancy plum jam and ginger sausage roll. Sounds lovely righ?! This was quite expensive- £3.80 for just the sausage roll.

Whilst the hot chocolate was quite small it was very nice.

The same can't be said for the sausage roll. It was very MOULDY inside. I had already left the area so I couldn't go back. I am both disappointed and disgusted as well as hungry and severely out of pocket. Absolutely not worth it. Who knows what else is being served that's mouldy and/or out of date. Don't eat here!

The best cakes, pots of leaf tea that are extra special, friendly staff, nice little garden

Who would have thought brockley would have such a nice place!! Great service and lovely owners!!

Lovely staff, great choice of cakes and other sweet treats, a really cool outdoor space for chilling and socialising with friends, and in a great location.

Bright and friendly with a gorgeous sunny garden. Best cakes I've had at any cafe. Solid wifi, power sockets, laptop (and pram) friendly. Good mix of people. Great tea and coffee. Could be open later but apparently that's coming soon...

Excellent customer service. Fabulous coffee, cakes and flat bread sandwiches.

Full of love and bear hugs. Crofton Park's newest hang out is always buzzing with smiling faces from both staff and customers.

Lovely surroundings, friendly staff and a great place to grab a coffee or a cake. A fantastic addition to Crofton Park.

Wonderful place and staff is nice and friendly-cosy up with best coffee and cakes in Brockley

Good space/plenty of room, sturdy wifi, nice coffee and bagels (and other stuff), cute garden (with gigantic wooden bear), very child friendly.

This place is great! Fabulous food and the most friendly staff you'll find! Best in the area!

welcoming, vibrant friendly, back patio, always service with a smile, cheers me up on a dreary day

A lovely café with a great terrace out the back. Coffee is really good, sausage rolls to die for. Service at the counter can be a bit chaotic but still worth it!
