Time Out says

Brother Jeff’s special slice of the Galvin siblings’ pie, La Chapelle is an awe-inspiring architectural behemoth with ecclesiastical overtones and a menu of impressively rendered modern French cuisine. The signature lasagne of Dorset crab with beurre nantais sounds too good to refuse, as does the beef sirloin with braised oxtail, pommes Anna and morels – although dessert fans should also prepare themselves for delectable confections such as tarte Tatin with Normandy crème fraîche or mint chocolate crémeux with lime and crème de menthe ice cream. If money’s no option, also splash out on a bottle of Hermitage La Chapelle from the prestigious Francophile wine list. Service is as smooth as the silkiest béarnaise sauce – as you’d expect from a Michelin-starred high roller.

Burns night at Galvin restaurants

The Galvin brothers' Michelin-starred collection of restaurants are all putting their best foot forward for Burns Night this year, with special menus, pipers and readings of the legendary poet's work. You'll find the most lavish bash at Galvin La Chapelle,  which will serve up an elaborate fine dining menu including Isle of Harris gin-cured salmon with Oscietra caviar, followed by rump of lamb with haggis (tickets £105). Galvin Bistrot & Bar will present a more comforting, convivial take on tradition in a bistro-style setting (tickets £75) while Galvin Green Man in Chelmsford will offer a more classically Scottish four course menu (£55).
