Restaurants, Korean Fulham

Time Out says

This new Fulham Road restaurant comes from the team behind the Hamgipak down in New Malden - a part of London often called K-Town so bustling is its Korean community. Consequently it's an area synonymous with good-quality Korean restaurants, too.

Those that know the original will see similarities here. Not least on a menu that ranges from beef bulgogi, fried chicken wings in sweet sauce and hot and spicy kimchi stew with pork to rib-eye beef seasoned with sesame oil, chicken casserole with potato in spicy sauce and saeng sun jun - a dish of white fish lightly fried and steamed in a hot and spicy sauce.

The drinks list includes Hite Korean beer and Asahi, as well as one red, one white and makgeoli - a Korean rice wine.

Hamgipak says
The original owners of Hamgipak in New Malden have come to Fulham. Hamgipak serves authentic Korean cuisine, using fresh and healthy ingredients. No artificial ingredients or flavourings but delicious home-style cooking.
