Hannah Japanese Restaurant
Compared to the traditional Japanese dishes, the fine integration of the European and Japanese elements at Hannah provides a much more complex and original experience that cannot be found in Japan or elsewhere.
Hannah’s owner chef, Daisuke Shimoyama, was trained for several years at the Michelin three-starred restaurant in Japan. With the skills acquired from over twenty-years of cooking experience, Daisuke opened his own restaurant Hannah and put together a delicate menu with a lot of varieties.
The lovely Lunch A La Carte menu includes many dishes where the elegance are formed and well delivered. Meanwhile, the exquisite Omakase Dinner Tasting menu is highly recommended at Hannah, leading customers down a path to an authentic and pure experience of Japanese cuisine. The high quality itself aside, every dish is delicately and beautifully plated and crafted in an art form, provoking the senses before a morsel of food is even tasted. It is appealing to the eye as well as the palate.
Moreover, apart from being a passionate and skillful chef, Daisuke is also a professional certified Sommelier specialising in all aspects of sake and wine service, which enables Hannah to provide the best wine tasting and food pairing experience for the customers.
All in all, Hannah aims to make every customer’s visit both memorable and unique.
