Next door to the Hammersmith Apollo, I wasn’t actually aware of this ‘Honest’ outpost until I stumbled across it recently - quite a small but nicely decorated interior (with additional seating upstairs). A compact but delicious sounding menu, with a token veggie option. The rosemary fries were also exceptional and served as unexpectedly big side portion (bonus!) - excellent service too.
For a long time, it felt like Honest Burger wasn't expanding out into London and now, suddenly it seems, they are really starting to have a high street presence. Tucked right round the corner from both the Apollo and Hammersmith station, they have packed a lot of seating into such a tiny space. This means when it's busy, before a show say, it's really busy. People can bottle neck at the door leaving a queue running outside. It never gets truly quiet but it has a much more relaxed atmosphere when the crowds subside.
Apart from that, it's your typical Honest Burger. It's a good, compact menu covering a weird range of dietary requirements; I just wish they'd add another veggie/vegan option as the fritter is so good!
