The deli options include extra virgin olive oils made from olives harvested and milled in Puglia, focaccia Pugliese, truffles, taralli crackers and burrata - a speciality of the region. 

Those dining in can expect homemade orecchiette with turnip tops, carpaccio bresaola, cured meat platters and trofie con pesto e datterini - trofie pasta with homemade pesto and fresh datterini tomatoes. A delivery service is available, too.
