Delivery and customer service was horrible, was told to pick up the food from the main road, I asked politely if the driver could ring on my buzzer but he was arrogant and said I needed to hurry up as he had other orders to deliver!!. Food took an hour to arrive and it was very oily and cold filled with fried onions!! I will not be ordering from this establishment again even if they offer me a free meal!!
Well we arrived and first of all they offered us a 20% discount so we thought ok. We went in and they said to you want popadums so we said yes, big mistake! When it came to the bill they were £4.40 and they said thag it was because we had chutney... even though their menu says popodums for £0.70! We never asked for chutney. Then they could not give us a wine menu so we had to choose between £14.95 or £19.95 bottle of wi ne, we chose the cheaper one. The food was ok, but then i went to the bathroom and was concerened about the hygene. When the bill came there really was no discount as they added other stuff on the bill. There are two other Indian restaurants near close so if were you I would check them instead. Won't ever go back to this place.
£4.99 for a Cobra. Sunday night food was half-price but the overpriced drinks are still better value, really nasty food. I think that the review below might not be the real James May...
