Indigo at One Aldwych

Hailing as Covent Garden’s local neighbourhood restaurant from Chef Dominic Teague, Indigo at One Aldwych balances gourmet British cuisine with a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere in the heart of central London. Although Indigo is the One's signature restaurant for obvious reasons, it genuinely has so much to offer. And if you're here for the tasting menu, be sure to try the roasted halibut served up on an – almost – silver platter with herb gnocchi and Cornish mussels. It's pretty magnificent.
