I would actually like to give this xero or minus five stars. We had the unpleasant experience of going here for our work christmas party. We pre ordered 2 months in advance, what everyone was having. Service was terrible,  it took 1.5 hours for starters to come out,  2.5 hours from arriving for our main course coming out. Absolutely ridiculous and there was no apology or any explanation of why it took so long.

The food was so bland, it tasted of nothing, I had a bad experience at london Bridge earlier this year and after this unpleasant one, i vow never to go to Jamies again, no wonder so many is shutting down.

Jamie sort it out!

Top tip

Don't go.

Being the Italian take of the TV presenter food empire, Jamie’s Italian is artful with decór and little details that give away Jamie’s captivating personality. All the food comes with a bit of a twist, and careful presentation that will have you salivating. The food itself is not mind blowing, but make for a decent meal – watch for the sausage pasta, a little bit too fatty. The Burger is also a popular item but not the best, juicy one, to have in London. Never made it to dessert, but they do make a competent espresso. Overall, an ok experience that I believe could be improved with a little bit more care for the flavor, and a little less flair on the extras. A good tip is to sign for the fidelity card, that gives you little perks in every visit.
