The owner's a bellend. The coffee is good and the vegan cakes are tasty

Worst experience ever. I accidentally forgot to ask for non-dairy milk in my shake, and when I realised they had already started making it. I apologised profusely, made a joke about how it was too early in the day, and asked if I could order a new one and pay for it. The man behind the counter then rolled his eyes and made a comment about how I wouldn't have gotten the order wrong if I wasn't on my phone. I smiled politely, and decided not to mention that I hadn't been on my phone when I'd placed the order, especially as they had offered to make the new coffee for free.

When he gave me the coffee the man said "here you go, you wanted almond milk, right?" I said yes, and he said "well this is oat milk". I said it was absolutely fine and thanked him. As I was walking out of the shop he called after me "F**k you very much!". I was completely shocked. Will NEVER return. What a horrible way to speak to a customer, all because I ordered the wrong kind of milk. The worst. Regardless of whether he replaced my coffee for free, that doesn't give him the right to speak to me like that. So many amazing new coffee shops on Bethnal Green road where the staff aren't rude and obnoxious. Avoid this one!!
Tastemaker

Good coffee, but why did you guys give me a takeaway cup when I said it was for here? I felt like everyone else got theirs in ceramic BUT me. Had I of known, I would have used my Stojo (reusable cup).

Looks like a great place for a lazy Saturday morning, reading or doing some work on your laptop. Although dont roll your eyes at me when I ask you to move your feet so I can sit down... seriously people it's a shared space :)

Best coffee in the area and a lovely chilled out atmosphere. Staff friendly and the cakes are yummy!

This is a fun place for people with a sense of humour and an enjoyment of life. It's what makes London home.

Divine coffee with super friendly staff, the couches are comfy and the frappes fresh - the daily grind of work at the hospital was always brightened with a visit to Jonestown. Please never change!
