Unfortunately, my second experience here was horrendous. Had the first one not have been so brill then this would have been a 1 star but I need to give it another go to give the final verdict.

For now, lets talk about the first time I went for my best friends bday - arrange by myself. I booked a table, paid a deposit for everyone and we all had a timely, well fed and entertaining evening by the bellydancer. It's quite fancy looking too which is always helpful if you plan to go partying afterwards in Clapham since it's just down the road.

The second time I went was for my birthday, no need for a deposit this time (weirdly) but DEAR GOD, they nearly ruined my night! We all had to wait over an hour for our food as there was only one chef (why they could not inform me of this prior, I do not know), waitresses were lost pretty much all the time and ignored us plenty. Even after waiting such a long time, several dishes were not even served, so some of my guests ended up eating from our plates. I had hoped to have tried out their shisha since it was nicely presented in the front but was so delayed in plans as we were meant to go out to shake a leg locally, that we legged it as soon as we paid - not that they deserved any money since our food was dry and burnt too!

I'll need to build up some courage before I come back here again I say.

I would give this venue a 5 star rating in all its categories because I am in love with this place. The restaurant and front garden is done up so beautifully , and one senses so much of warmth in the ambience. Me and my partner had dinner in the restaurant and we were asked if we wanted to move outdoors after we had finished our meal, I was a bit reluctant as I only saw people smoking the hubble bubble to which the waiter said that we do not have to do that we can just sit outside and finish our wine, which we did, and not to mention ordered our second bottle (It was only £18 a bottle by the way).Lovely staff and excellent food not to mention really good value for money.

Tastefully decorated, lovely atmosphere, even little candles everywhere to give it a nice cozy feel.Very reasonablly priced healthy hearty grill meat and mezze options depending on how you like to dine, mix platter format great with a little bit of everything. The food was great my cheese pastry just melted in the mouth was to die for, and grill hallomi cheese - amazing. A real gem in that is the front terrace. Simple, non rushed and warm service.Amazing fun Saturday night. Staff was so professional and friendly at all times even when the restaurant was really heaving at dinner time. The belly dancer is such a great entertainer her warm interaction with the customers is nice and she puts on a great show. Great concept with having the front terrace for sheesha or for a drink after your dinner indoors , thank you all xxx

My partner and I when here for dinner, the staff where rude and after waiting for 30mins it took another customer to get the attention of a waitress to send them over to us. When we spoke to the owner for about the bad food and lack of service he said he said he didn't care what we thought and walked off. When the bill came we didn't want to pay the service as it had been so bad and a waitress chased after us saying it was compulsory. By this point we had had enough and walked out. If you fancy a good cocktail it's perfect, if you want a nice meal avoid it at all costs.

amazing shisha, friendly staff. i went last sat on my friend's birthday. we all had gr8 time, specially boys with the belly dancer

amazing shisha experience, friendly staff. definatly go back

Clapham common really needed a shisha place and am glad we have one now.And boy it was worth the wait.A very stylish place ,with heaters and these guys also give you blankets if ur cold ;).We just had shisha ,milkshakes and smoothies and enjoyed ourselves.WIll try the food for sure soon as its looked yummy.Thumbs up.

This retaurant is trying to "bring the middle east" into Clapham, and to be fair they are doing a pretty decent job.Me and my wife visited this place and loved the food, they have a very nice selection of wines, and we were pleasantly surprised with the selection of Lebanese wines they have.Food was very well presented and good value for money.
