Time Out says

Le Pain Quotidien Borough says
Le Pain Quotidien was born in Brussels in 1990 from the mind of a young chef, Alain Coumont, who dissatisfied with the inferior quality of the bread he found decided to make his own and sell it. Ever since our aim has been the same: serving fresh, seasonal and predominantly organic boulangerie fare.
