Don’t arrive too late at the weekend if you want one of Lisboa’s famous pastel de nata – they often sell out by 2pm. It’s a humble setting, with plenty of banter from staff and slightly fancier pâtisserie than some other Portuguese cake shops. Bica (Portuguese espresso) was good and strong, and they do a nice galão (latte) too.

Delicious pasteis de nata is just a start: authentic atmosphere, lively and eclectic company, with a very genuine feel of Portugal and London's real life, mingling very nicely indeed.  Worth travelling from Suffolk for this delightful treat - can't wait to be there this weekend :)

I was shocked to see a queue early Saturday afternoon but figured that’s a good thing! Like others have said, the interior is like your typical Portuguese bakery including the incredible display of sweets and savouries behind the glass display. And cheap prices to boot! I got the chocolate roll for takeaway and was quite impressed with its density and its strong cinnamon flavour. It wasn’t overtly sweet but sweet enough. If I was in the area I would definitely hit this up again.

If ever around Golborne pass by Lisboa Patisserie and grab one of their baked goods. They bake the most delicious pastas de natal you can find in London, together with a number of other sweets. It really feels that you entered a bakery in Lisabona. There is not sitting offered inside but on Saturdays you can enjoy the lively street market right outside the bakery.
