This Covent Garden restaurant and bar is certainly doing something a little different - it's a burger bar and vodka house, with the food matched to the booze.
The list of vodka is nothing if not varied, with house-infused options ranging from charred rosemary to coffee and orange, horseradish and honey, a 'palate-cleansing' mint and one infused with basil, which apparently works well with anything 'umami'. The indecisive can try a tasting set of six. Vodkas from well-known makers also feature, alongside six wines, a few beers and a couple of cocktails - made with vodka, of course.
The food menu goes big on burgers, with a house beefburger alongside chicken thigh burgers, cod burgers, a vegan burger and a beef cheek burger. Gluten-free buns are available, should you wish. Outside of the baps, expect salads, vodka and tea marinated salmon, charcuterie plates, cheese boards and desserts - including the 'chocolate burger'. Keep an eye out for daily specials, too.
