Humble market stall it may be, but mother-f...lipper.... the burgers are brilliant. Fat, juicy patties, crafted from a blend of 28-day aged cuts, are grilled on a little hotplate and anointed with one of three toppings: molten cheese (Mother Flipper Cheese Burger, £5), hot-and-sweet pickled red jalapeños (Chilli Flipper, £5.50) or thick strips of 'candied' bacon (Double Candy Bacon Flipper, £6), then popped onto a rich brioche bun with lettuce, pickles and onions.
We liked the Chilli Flipper best - the piquant heat of the chilli slices a terrific foil to the intense flavour of the beef. There currently aren't any side dishes, but you can buy a cold can of pop to wash down your lunch. You'll usually find them on Tuesdays at 'Kerb' (the street food gathering previously known as eat.st) near King's Cross, or on Saturdays at Brockley Market, but it's worth checking their twitter page on the day.

This burger is very tasty. I am a burger fanatic and have eaten at roughly 20+ establishments/pop ups in London to find the best burgers. This is in my top 3, along with Meat Liquor and a recently closed pop up in Hoxton.
I would recommend: The Dirty Barbie (Pattie x2, double american cheese, candy bacon, candy onion, BBQ sauce)
The meat is well aged and seasoned, thick and juicy, an old school burger. Cheese is melted on the burgers to perfection. The bread is anything but dry and the sauce is just right.
This place is head and shoulders above any 'hipster burger' joint such as p@tty and Bun.
