This Pitfield Street branch is one of three Neds Noodle Bars in London, with each specialising in freshly-made noodle dishes.
The format's a simple one: choose your base (egg noodles, rice noodles, udon noodles, steamed rice or veg); choose your sauce (from a pan-Asian selection including yakisoba black bean, Thai green curry and Chinese BBQ); and then your filling, from chicken, beef, duck, prawns, squid, veg or tofu. It's all then cooked for you there and then.
And if you don't fancy any of that? Other dishes include prawn crackers, sesame prawn toast, miso soup, laksa, udon noodle soups and a few salads. An inexpensive house wine of each colour also features, alongside Singha beer.
