Olivelli

An authentic Italian restaurant on St Christopher's Place, close to Bond Street tube. It's part of a mini-chain that begins with the original Olivelli on Store Street - a restaurant that first opened way back when in the 1930s.

As with the original, there remains a focus on dishes from Sicily, though regional dishes from the rest of Italy feature too. Expect, therefore, recognisable dishes such as vitello alla Milanese, mixed shellfish spaghetti, asparagus ravioli and risotto alongside the arancine, the nocellara olives and the sardine linguine. 

The wine list is exclusively Italian, with bottles from Puglia, Tuscany, Emilia Romagna, Umbria and Sicily. Elsewhere, beers from Peroni, the aperitivi, aperol spritz, limonata and aranciata also follow the theme. Keep an eye out for set menus and lunch deals, too.
