If you’ve lived in London a while, you’ll know what BYOB is. But have you heard of BYOD before now? Thought not. Meaning ‘bring your own Doritos’, it’s your chance to take your favourite flavour to any participating restaurant or food truck and load up with bold flavour combos from just £5.

It’s all part of Doritos Loaded Month – which might ring a bell from last year’s Doritos Loaded Week. As the name suggests, this year Doritos Loaded is back and bigger than ever, popping up in three cities around the UK for a whole month of deliciousness. Yep, you heard that right, this summer you can enjoy Doritos Loaded Month from May 23 to June 28 at a whole host of street-food hotspots around London – as well as Manchester and Glasgow.

But where to go if you find yourself in the capital during this period? We’ve got you sorted. Read on for a round-up of just some of the delicious places you can load up your Doritos in London.

Our top spots to enjoy Doritos Loaded Month in London

Smoketeers, Camden

Serving up next-level smoked dishes, Smoketeers in Camden Market is all about tender smoked brisket, South American-inspired dishes and BBQ flavours. Load up your Doritos with smoked and slow-cooked brisket topped with crispy onions, and a winning combination of chimichurri and cheddar cheese sauce. Trust us – it works.

Popata, Camden and Hackney

Got a thing for fries? Then you’ll love Camden Boxpark’s Popata, who are passionate about what they call ‘street fries’, freshly-cut from British spuds, carefully seasoned with a secret recipe (they keep it under lock and key) and finished with all manner of toppings. Layer your Doritos with their best-selling dish: chopped Korean BBQ and fried chicken, pickled onions and sesame seeds.

Moozak's, Camden

Our favourite foodie hybrid? A french taco, of course. This clever fusion of Mexican and French fare comprises fluffy wraps stuffed with grilled meats, crispy fries, melted cheese and tasty sauces. The only thing better is when you add Doritos to the mix! Get them while they’re hot at Moozaks in Camden Market.

Ovy’s Rotisserie, Camden

There’s nothing quite like a chicken wrap, especially when it’s filled with the kind of tender rotisserie chunks famously served up at Ovy’s Rotisserie in Camden Market. For Doritos Loaded Month, they’re piled onto your Doritos and finished with crispy onions, fresh chives and spicy or classic sauces.

Yorkshire Burrito, Camden

Why should Yorkshire puddings only be served on a Sunday? It’s a question we’ve been asking ourselves since time began (or, at least, since Time Out did). Luckily, they’re always on the menu at Yorkshire Burrito in Camden Market, albeit turned into a kind of British burrito filled with slow-braised beef, roast chicken or cauli cheese with all the trimmings. The only thing missing? Your bag of Doritos, of course.

Baba G’s, Camden

Ever had a Bhangra burger before? The Indian twist on the traditional dish at Baba G’s in Camden Market serves up a spiced lamb jalfrezi patty in a fennel-and-onion seed bap topped with crisp onion bhajis. A riot of spice, colour and aroma, you’ll enjoy your Doritos topped with grilled chicken tikka, fresh mint raita and plenty of cooling salsa.
