Park Corner Brasserie

There's something pretty special about seasonal menus, and the Hilton on Park Lane's on-site restaurant, Park Corner Brasserie, does it pretty damn well. From Insta-worthy gourmet plates like the whopping Scottish lobster with beef fillet and Thermidor sauce to its uber-cosy candle-lit corners, you'd be forgiven for forgetting you're in a hotel restaurant at all. And while the á la carte menu has some rather memorable dishes, the set menu is also great – and surprisingly affordable. Dig in, pal.
