We're proud to bring the taste of Italy to London, and our unique restaurant concept is the first of its kind - with two other locations in Rome and Florence!

One of our signature dishes is the crunchy pinsa, a delicious, light and airy pizza-like dish that's the perfect appetizer or main course. It's made with a special blend of flours, resulting in a unique texture and flavour that's sure to impress. And our pasta is unbeatable - not only is it incredibly good, but it's also affordable. You can even make your own pasta or follow traditional recipes to get a truly authentic Italian experience.

As for the wine, PaStation takes pride in offering its customers high-quality Italian products. Our own range of wine and olive oil, produced in "Montartino" farm located in the Florentine hills, is a testament to our commitment to quality and tradition.
