A 'piadina' is not quite a sandwich and not quite a panini, it's a flatbread stuffed with wondrous fillings from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. Unsurprisingly that's exactly what they serve at Piadina Genuina, with fillings including veggie sausage, sauteed tomatoes, sweet potato, olive tapenade and hummus. They also offer up gluten-free lasagna, veggie burgers with homemade buns, ravioli and cheesecake, all of which are vegan.
