Went to kickstart my Saturday night  for dinner and I had the best experience. The restaurant is very cosy, they play very nice music but the best thing for me was the sushi. It is so fresh. The dishes are well presented they make art out of it. The restaurant owner is a plus. He is very friendly as well as the staff.
I loved it.
Will definitely go back.

I had my fair bit of sushi around the world and I can say for sure that Rockstar is on my top 5 sushi worldwide and the best in London in quality, service and come on they have fresh wasabi.

I spent a lot of mobey in London hight street restaurants and never seen fresh wasabi in front of apart from once in Japan.

Make sure you reserve a table first as they dibt take walking ins.

Incredible sushi. It was recommended as "best in london" and I was not let down. Hands-on owner/chef makes it a memorable place

This place continues to impress - third time of visiting & the food was as good as ever and the owner still showing his flair. We now have a 'routine' of asking him to create us a special from anything he choses - a sushi lottery which you can't fail to win! Agree with previous comments on the salad dressing, you wouldn't believe a salad dressing could be worth writing about but it really is. The place is a little hard to find but once you know it, it's worth making the trip to the far reaches of the Northern Line for sushi, serice & enthusiasm like this.

An absolute gem of a restuarant ran by someone who obviously passionate about what he's doing, and it really shows, the sushi is fresh, inventive and well presented - seriously fine dining quality at very reasonable prices. As for highlights, the seaweed salad had a dressing that was out of this world, the squid sushi was soft and almost buttery in texture (a sign they use only the freshest ingrediants rather than frozen stock) and the prawn tempura futomaki simply melted in your mouth. Heck, they even make their own soy sauce, that is how much the owner cares about good sushi.

At time of writing, this is rated 9th on TripAdvisor for London - a place that has only opened up 3 months ago and has garnered nothing but perfect reviews and you know what? Despite being nestled amongst some heavy weight Michellin Star places in the prestigious top 10, it absolutely deserves the accolade so make sure you go before TimeOut does a feature and it gets booked out..
