An East End branch of Rossopomodoro located just off Hoxton Square, which is a five-minute walk from Old Street tube. The focus is on light and airy décor and traditional Neapolitan dining.
Try specials hot from their wood-fired oven, such as saltimbocca e pagnottielli, stuffed pizza dough cooked fresh and packed with fillings including roasted porchetta, parma ham, pork wurstel and smoked mozzarella.
There’s a great selection of straightforward pizzas, as well as a raft of pasta dishes and salads to choose from.
Rossopomodoro was born in Napoli in 1998 from the idea of three friends who thought that the great Neapolitan art of pizza making could be promoted and protected through both fanatic devotion to tradition as well as innovation in the service and offering a great experience with great ingredients.

LOVE this restaurant. Went in for lunch today with work people and had an amazing pizza. Properly wood fired. The staff were really friendly and happy to chat, telling us all about their ingredients. Apparently the reason the mozzarella is so tasty is because it's flown in from Naples. I really liked the venue too, cosy in a funky sort of rustic style. Don't know what the bill came to as my boss paid, but pizzas looked to be on average of around a tenner, which I think is fairly normal. The location is fab because I work just round the corner, so next time I'll come here for dinner so I can hit the bars afterwards. Would definitely recommend going here.
