The kids & I went to meet my husband for lunch today. The restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived but it still took 20 minutes before we were even asked if we wanted to order a drink. It took a further half an hour before our food arrived, by which time my husband had only 10 minutes of his lunch hour left! To be honest the staff just seemed really disinterested.

The food was fine although they couldn't seem to mange one burger with cheese & one without. Also, when you order a pint of a drink, you expect a pint - not 2/3 of a pint because you asked for it without ice.

One final insult was that the 10% suggested service was based on the full price of the items & not the special offer price they run at lunchtime. We left none.

Would we go back? Not likely given that there are so many other choices with better food & better service.
