It’s all about the humble salad at this vegan cafe, nestled in the vibrant heart of Covent Garden’s Neal’s Yard – the colourful, Instagram-ready dishes are freshly prepared using organic ingredients. The place itself is small and rustic-looking but a good choice for those looking to pick up some lunch to take back to the desk.
You can choose from classic, British and Italian salads, or opt for the 'squashetti' – spiralled butternut squash with pomegranate, roasted aubergine, micro coriander and toasted paprika seeds. SaladPride also serve up healthy breakfasts and home-made hummus and desserts of the day. Wash it all down with a super smoothie, raw juice or if you're feeling adventurous try a beetroot latte.
