Savage Salads located in Flat Iron Square offers four colourful seasonal salads along with a variety of grilled meats and halloumi. On my visit they had sweet potato lentil, cous cous beetroot, cabbage kale and wild rice cauliflower salads available along with balsamic vinaigrette and yogurt dressings. For £6 I got a huge amount of salad and it would only be a pound or two extra for added protein. The flavours were great and you could tell that everything was fresh. I went back for extra yogurt dressing for an added richness to the salads, which they happily dished out. Flat Iron Square is located a five minute walk from Borough Market but it feels a world away with a very chill atmosphere. There are plenty of larger tables to sit at, a bar in a railway arch and about six other street food stalls as well.
