Scandos Pizza

A long-term pizza pop-up in the courtyard of Leyton creative space Patchworks, Scandos is named after its Italian chef-patron, Luca Scandolaro. It’s open five days a week and serves up classic neopolitan pizzas and focaccia sandwiches, alongside less traditional creations such as burrata-topped garlic knots and ‘pizza dogs’ (sausage rolls of sorts, featuring frankfurters encased in pizza dough and drizzled with all sorts of creative toppings).
