Very poor service and almost had an allergic episode there at the Kensington Branch because your server insisted the carrot soup had no pepper and even when I pointed out the black specks in it were pepper and I couldn’t eat it. I know this because every time I take any food with pepper in it my entire palate and throat burns and gets pustules.

Please do yourselves a favour and fire this chap in case he puts your establishment at risk of a law suit or worse a death .

I am fortunate to have carried with me my antihistamines and proceeded not to consume the carrot soup which he had insisted the black specks inside were bits of carrot.

I would have given 1 star since I have been struggling with lung congestion since and am in and out of the Doctors to have my airways checked since returning to Singapore

Bad on your team and bad on your policy!
