Shaman was created out of a passion and desire to bring the slow food movement to the masses. Our mission is to provide time-deprived urbanites with a range of easily accessible, artisanal ingredients at an affordable price point

Understanding the origins of our ingredients is as important to us as its taste. Our sustainable approach to cooking and eating takes inspiration from Southern France, where long lunches are a fundamental daily pleasure, and supporting local food heroes and ensuring seasonality is essential. 



We call ourselves Shaman to emphasise how the slow food movement can serve as a holistic medicinal alternative. At Shaman, we seek to enlighten our guests with this nourishing experience - after all, you are only as healthy as what you eat!
