They're served alongside BBQ chicken, BBQ pork cheeks, smoked pork belly and chilli made with smoked beef, with sides further enhancing the US credentials - think mac 'n' cheese, grits and homemade pickles. Keep an eye out too for the sizeable sandwiches - one with pulled pork belly with melted swiss cheese, pickles and a brioche bun certainly looks impressive.
