Time Out says

Friendly warning! We're working hard to be accurate. But these are unusual times, so please check that venues remain open.

On the second floor of Kingly Court you'll find SO Pure, which serves everything your body needs to feel fit and fabulous. This vegetarian cafe and juice bar is inspired by the Indian medicinal practice of Ayurveda, which essentially boils down to consuming health-enhancing ingredients.

Take their safflower tea, for instance, which goes some way to helping ward off colds and coughs. Or their Mayan spiced breakfast oat and seed bars, which help strengthen your digestive system. In fact, everything on the menu has health-giving properties and ingredients that sound both exotic and delicious.

A quick browse of the menu will turn up turmeric and apricot energy balls, spelt loaf, carrot cake, protein smoothie bowls, 'Buddha Bowls' (filled with veggie goodness), multi-seed toast with berry chia and coconut jam, spirulina and sea salt latte and adaptogenic plant-based drinks from Humble Warrior Elixirs.

And what's more, SO Pure is conveniently located next door to the Triyoga studio, so you can eat heartily after a yoga session without any guilt pangs whatsoever.
