New Clapton pub Moylett's is earning a considerable buzz for its fresh, accessible takes on Irish drinking tradition. And this St Patrick's Day is no exception. Revellers will be able to sample a fresh twist on spice bags, an Irish-Chinese culinary icon, dreamt up by chefs Garreth Chambers (a Dublin-born chef cooking at Chishuru) and his friend Hartley Connell (currently at Som Saa). Fries, crispy chicken and spice come together in a £12 take on a takeaway classic.
