Time Out says

The Bridge Coffee House is one of the most distinctive places in Shoreditc. The downstairs bar is packed with old curios and mementos – there’s even an antique cash register. Upstairs the look changes to something that many people liken to a boudoir: low lighting, comfortable gilt and plush sofas, ornate mirrors on the walls, antiques everywhere. The Bridge has an avid and loyal local following who go there for coffee, drinks, cakes and snacks – and the one-of-a-kind décor.

Amazing espresso martinis and baklava staff are great and amotsphere is amazing best bar in Shoreditch

Yesterday we went in this place and we payed 7 pounds for one espresso and one cappuccino !!! Excessively high prices and a poor service ...i will never coming back again .

Want to feel like you're sipping tea in the back parlour of the Palace Of Versailles? Well you've come to the right place, though you'll probably be sipping Turkish Coffee and nibbling on Baklava and you won't be in France, you'll be in Shoreditch.

Seriously though, there aren't enough places like this - where you lose yourself in sumptuous, but slightly crumbled surroundings, cushioned from the hecticness outside and feeling like part of the elitist bourgeoisie.

With stunning art-deco lampshades, decadent furnishings and gentle music playing in the background, this really is a wonderful place to sip a drink or three. Great cocktails, friendly staff and a wonderful location to boot. A nice break from the local hipster joints too!

This bar is truly awesome. From the outside, the place looks harrowing with a bouncer insisting on NO cards at the bar, and you really wonder who the devil it was that recommended it to you. However, peer in through the red velvet drapes and you are in for a treat. The espresso martinis are fab, and if you get the munchies whilst you're there, try the baklava. Definite hit.

This place. Amazing!!! A coffee shop by day and cocktail bar by night, with interesting decor throughout and an ornately decorated upstairs area that we stumbled (literally) across after a few espresso martinis. The end of the night was a bit of a blur, but I am left with warm, fuzzy memories of a great night at this fabulous bar. Definitely one to go back to.

Did someone said first date or meeting with your friends? Want a quite place where you can have classy night away from the crowd? Bring your feelings with you and try the best cocktails and desserts here! Stunning design inspired from 18th century of ottoman empire!from outside you can think is a classic pub, but what's hiding inside will rock you! There is three rooms, one small corridor where is the bar then next to the stairs is hiding another room with bigger space then finally upstairs the gem of the bar! It will take you back to these times and will make you feel special! The pictures on the walls, large lamps around every corner, the dim light and private couches with satin cushions and the red curtains are breathtaking! They serve Turkish baklava and delights also some cakes! Tried the baklava were fresh and yummy!Paid around £15 for glass of wine, beer and the baklava! Also don't forget to try the espresso martinis are the best here! the staff are super kind and friendly! Most important the bar is open 24/7 until 3am ;) make your night special with this special place!
