The Cavendish
Venue says Autumn cocktails and nibbles coming soon!

A two-floor restaurant and bar on New Cavendish Street, with a modern-European food menu alongside a global wine list, signature cocktails, an array of premium spirits and a selection of cigars to be enjoyed on the terrace seating at the venue's front.

The kitchen is headed up by Douglas Santi, who has put together a menu featuring dishes such as scallops, lardo di colonnata, smoked baby leek and truffled mashed potato, beef carpaccio, pantelleria capers, Melba toast, various plates of ceviche, and meats cooked in a Josper oven. There are seasonal menus, too, as well as snacks.

The Cavendish says
Elegant and ageless, The Cavendish looks as though it’s been part of the Marylebone fabric for decades. But in fact, it’s brand new on the block. The room has the full brasserie treatment, complete with banquette booths and full-skirted white-clothed tables, black and white dressed staff and plenty of busy taps on the bar. When the sun's out you can enjoy a true London pavement-terrace experience with the full restaurant menu available.

We opened The Cavendish with one simple aim: to offer a community of like-minded people respite from the ‘exclusive’ London bars and restaurants and deliver a neighbourhood brasserie with fantastic food and drink at it’s heart.

Our food, for instance, isn’t simply an afterthought; it’s central to what we stand for. Our selection of produce and wines, spirits and cocktails isn’t off-the-cuff, but an enticing showcase of the sought-after and the unique.

We can guarantee that every bottle, combination of flavours, interior detail and, if you fancy, cigar available at The Cavendish has been curated and crafted for the people of Marylebone and beyond.

Whether it’s an espresso at the bar, brunch with your friends or a romantic dinner for two in our beautiful restaurant, we are always happy to see you again.

This is a good place to go with your friends in a group, they have nice dance floor and loads of tables. Its better if you have a table, so that you get more of an area to dance, otherwise bar was cool as well! They play hip hop, no house. Expensive drinks, but standard soho prices.
