A south London café serving up simple grub in a relaxed setting with yard space that's good for relaxing in, or enjoying one of their screenings, or even hiring out for your own party.
Breakfast is your typical muffin, Cumberland sausage and fried egg affair – reasonably priced and served all day. Organic porridge and muesli is available for the health-conscious. Sandwiches are freshly prepared every day and the cafe also makes fancy cakes for special occasions if you give them enough notice.

this is my favorite local in my area. Food is fantastic, place is great, Louisa and her staff are lovely. just wish it would not get too much more popular as I like it the way it is!
I really don't have the words to describe how much I love this place. The weekend breakfast is huge and great value, tea and cake is wonderful, the decor is eclectic and magical, the staff are great and the music playing is usually great. Can't recommend it enough, if you can find it...
Fantastic coffee shop. An authentic, friendly environment. The cafe also has an amazing outdoor space within the mews. Top cafe in London.
Great coffee, great food. Friendly atmosphere and there is take away too. Lovely spot to spend time either alone or with friends
The electric elephant cafe
Top quality food. Freshly made each day. Wonderful atmosphere. Relaxing and calming environment . Louisa is very convivial and a joy to be around best cafe in south London
Very good food, very good coffee, very nice staff!
Breakfast muffin and lemonade are always my favorite!
A great unique little cafe sat amongst the pullens yards studios serving great food and scrumptious cakes!! Good banter with the staff too!
The Electric Elephant is a friendly place where you invariably get involved with someone else's conversation. Louisa creates ever-changing daily specials that follow the seasons and her staff, who have learnt their cooking skills at home. can create their own daily specials that they know will work. Plus, the regular meals stay on the menu because they have proven to be worthy of that position.
Louise is a very friendly and helpful lady who owns and loves her cafe and her customers. nothing is too much trouble. The food is home made and delicious. Check out the freshly squeezed juices which are outstanding. You get the feeling that you never outstay your welcome.
