This hidden gem in surbiton zone 6 was worth the trek. What a fantastic birthday treat made extra special by the staff. The personalised menu, every plate was delicious and meticulously presented. This Michelin listed restaurant is top notch. The tasting menu gets a big thumbs up along with the warm friendly service. When it comes to dessert, I recommend sharing the cheese board and finish your evening with the assiette of desserts.

My absolute favourite hidden gem right in the heart of Surbiton Town.  The food here is exquisite - demonstrating some of the finest anglo-french cooking techniques (better than anything I have found in central London), the waiting staff extremely knowledgeable and attentive and the atmosphere is elegant dining at its best yet cosy and friendly.  I have to agree with the other commentator in saying that the selection of cheeses (and paired wines) is my personal highlight, full of wonderful cheeses from outstanding producers in France that you have probably never heard of.  A must visit!

Great place for a civilised meal in the South West, much better than many places in the west end. Reminds me a little of Chez bruce in terms of quality of food and service. We had the tasting menu which was 5 courses, ranging from a crab salad to wagyu beef. The star of the show for me though was the cheeseboard. Immense!
