The Pear Tree Cafe in Battersea Park looks super cool with its curved glass doors and fascinating art deco interior. The coffee is good and its selection of muffins are a tasty mid morning treat. Perfect after a workout in the park and a great place to catch up with friends. Sitting outside by the boating lake is a brilliant place to chill.
Visited this cute little cafe this weekend to try the black coconut ash ice cream by Judes. Pear Tree Cafe are the first to be selling it in the UK and it was amazing, tasted really good and not too sweet. However, if you are not brave enough to try this go for one of the other amazing flavours as all their ice cream is supplied by Judes and tastes amazing. The cafe is set overlooking the lake and is really picturesque and worth a visit if you are in Battersea Park. i only had an ice cream on this visit but will be back for sure as they do tasty lunch and dinner dishes. It's open until late and you can also get a glass of wine there which makes it a perfect cafe in my books :)
The black ice cream craze has finally come to London and what better way, to try your first scoop of Jude’s black coconut ice cream available exclusively at the Pear Tree Cafe in Battersea Park. If you like coconut ice cream then you will love this and won’t be disappointed. Yes, it is isn’t your normal looking coconut ice cream ( it is made with coconut and coconut ash that gives it the black colouring.) Just be careful not to get the ice cream all over you.
