What was Forest on the Roof at Selfridges has become The Roof Deck for summer 2017 – a breezy open air hangout that’s a visual mish-mash of rustic Californian beach shack and English garden. The all-day à la carte menu is clean, international and focused on fusion: think tuna ceviche with plantain crisps; chicory with dinkel wheat and scorched feta; prawns à la plancha; or charred monkfish with freekeh and habaneri dressing. But be quick – it's a pop-up, ending on Sunday June 24.
