Our meats, fish, vegetables, cakes and cocktails are enhanced with signature 'Soaked' flavours through the process of brining, steeping, fermenting and soaking. We know good taste takes time and our team are constantly exploring ways of taking our food to another level. Our dinner & lunch menus focus on maximising taste through our special 'soaked' processes and presenting this in beautiful, fine dishes. We'll always have our heroes which we've perfected over time, but seasonality is a key factor too, celebrating sensational and vibrant ingredients.
We're open early so the perfect place to grab breakfast at the start of a busy day, or spend a little longer catching up with a friend. Everything you'd expect from breakfast with a few 'soaked' surprises along the way, and of course, perfectly brewed coffee. At weekends head to The Soak for a leisurely brunch, and don't skip the Bloody Mary!
If you're perched at our bar with a drink and feel a little peckish, or you've worked a little too late and our restaurant hours are over, you don't have to worry. We serve a range of bar snack and nibbles with The Soak difference, that will pair perfectly with your beverage of choice.
