We had to book three months in advance for the champagne brunch but it was well worth the wait. Brunch is served in the Winter Garden restaurant and the setting is stunning as you're surrounded by palm trees in an eight-story glass atrium - you'd be forgiven for thinking you were at a luxury hotel in Dubai! The spread is really generous with everything from a full English breakfast to a chocolate fountain. Brunch isn't cheap at £98 per person but with the lovely ambiance and unlimited champagne, it's worth a visit for special occasions

Most likely one of the best date spots in London! I went to the Winter Garden restaurant for an anniversary dinner with my boyfriend and was amazed by how beautiful this restaurant is. You get to eat in a greenhouse with palm trees surrounding you, this alone is already an unusual experience in London. But the Winter Garden is not only in the looks, the food is also delicious. The starter of sweet cured scottish salmon with horseradish crème fraîche and macerated blackberries was particularly interesting as well as the roasted breast of maize fed chicken with crushed new potatoes, spring onions and salt baked beetroot. They do offer special (cheaper) menus on some occasions, we went for the London Restaurant Week, so you can experience luxury interiors without breaking the bank (we paid £38 for a 3-course menu with a cocktail). A must see!

A stunning venue, absolutely love the bright court yard lined with palm trees. It just doesn't feel like London, more like an exotic hotel somewhere in Dubai... Perfect for winter or rainy days, gives you that outdoorsy feel you've been pining for. And their afternoon tea may be on the pricey side, but is extremely delicious, I simply can't get enough of their cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches (free refills anyone? yay!). So classy and luxurious you will want to go there every time!

The mother of all afternoon teas in my opinion!

A little more pricey than most but once you experience it, you are fully assured that every penny is well spent. It really is an experience that takes c2hrs because it takes you a while to even absorb the beautiful surroundings you're in! The facilities are immaculate, the service very prompt and efficient and the food delicious and plentiful!
This is how you show someone you love them...
