Chef Yoshihiro Murata holds a total of seven Michelin stars for his other restaurants (in Tokyo and Kyoto). This will be a high-level restaurant on three floors, with features including an open kitchen and a private dining room. Wagyu beef features prominently on the menu, and the drinks list includes cocktails that make use of a number of exotic ingredients.
