Tomtom Mess Hall says
The latest arrival in Tomtom’s Belgravia stable. The Mess Hall pitched itself at 14 Eccelston Street in 2014, and has been building its own reputation ever since. The coffee is the same great selection, and you can get a delicious eggy breakfast… even at lunch. Burgers: this is our specialist endeavour at Tomtom Mess Hall. And they are flying. Superb beef from our local butcher is at the heart of the matter, and for those who want an alternative, we have delicious marinated chicken breast in a bun or for the Conscientious Objector, a great veggie option vibrating with umami. You can have a beer, or wine, or go 'tonto' with a cocktail – a snappy selection of great favourites, including our very own espresso martini.

Wonderful place that I have eaten at numerous times in the evening. Great burgers and well chosen selection of drinks.

I completely disagree with Daniel below. This place is a hidden gem! The food is delicious - in the evening they do yummy burgers as well as great breakfast in the morning. The coffee is delicious. It's different to the lacklustre coffee shops elsewhere in the area and feels very homely. Good place to grab an easy bite to eat in Belgravia / Victoria that is calm and comfortable.

I went to cafe to have breakfast before an interview. I wanted an English Breakfast which was not on their menu. The menu is confusing as each ingredient is priced separately rather than the universal price for a meal. I thought what the hell so I asked the server who said he could do this although normally they don't do fried eggs. He appeared not to hear me when i asked the cost. The breakfast came with two Fried eggs on toast with a ramekin of quite dry gourmet style beans separately and two rashers of bacon. The breakfast was nice but a little dry and not very big. The shock came with the bill.... £16.40 give or take 20p for this small breakfast and a cup of tea...!! I questioned this and the male server replied rudely this is Belgravia! I complained that it was too expensive and he replied that nobody else has a problem understanding the menu. Considering there are no prices per meal the one thing it is not is an easy to understand menu. He showed me the various items and tried to undermine my complaint by stating as fried eggs are not on the menu he gave me the cheapest egg price. I checked and this was false to which he replied "well we had to use butter with your eggs"! I then saw service charge had been included so I asked that this be removed. He stated that I had to pay this as I had received table service. I refused so he said "it's a nice day have 10% off" he then used his calculator and then changed his mind!!!

Average food at extortionate prices for small portions. Avoid this rip off merchant like the plague. The female waitress appeared very nice as did the other staff other than the waiter with the pony tail.

Terrible experience I wish I had not bothered
