TRAID are inviting fashion fans to ‘sew solidarity’ with the workers who make their clothes. Bring along a garment that’s made in Bangladesh (or made by a retailer or brand that produces in Bangladesh) to repair, alter or customise it in store at Traid’s Peckham branch. By repurposing garments that you might otherwise have thrown away – whether it’s a complete transformation or just a simple repair – you’re showing that you value your clothes and the workers that made them.
