A lovely spa experience!I was treated to an Eve Lom Ultimate Cleanse facial, and what a treat it was.

On arrival to the spa, I was taken to the dressing room area, and provided with a robe and slippers.  All treatments include use of the spa's steam room, and relaxation pods - the latter being the highlight for me, where I sat drinking tea and enjoying the quiet!

My therapist was extremely thorough explaining each stage of the facial before proceeding.  The facial itself was great - from the hot paraffin wax face mask, to the careful extractions, followed by a soothing massage - it's exactly what it says on the tin - and your skin is left feeling deeply cleansed, and full of life.

It is an expensive experience (£100 for an hour's facial) - however if you want to treat yourself, and are looking for a serene hideaway among the chaotic streets of London - this is the place!

A wonderful spa. Visited this hotel and spa when I was 7 months pregnant as a surprise gift from my partner and was treated to the pregnancy massage. Having been a little apprehensive as to the safety of massages during pregnancy, I was completely required by the kids masseuse before she started. Wow, what an amazingly relaxing and luxurious experience... Laying on a water bed and being gently massaged head to toe in sumptuous aromatherapy oils. Needless to say I left feeling wholly relaxed and almost delirious!

The Agua spa is to beautiful to resist. We had no intentions of using the spa when staying at The Sanderson Hotel- which was wonderful in itself from the doorman to the cloud of a bed which they provide- but we stumbled upon it and were invited to use it as guests of the hotel. Immediately, the sense of calm, tranquility and joy take over. Staff were lovely, professional and polite. The noise level was so low almost non existent, which showed how respectful both staff and clients were to the ambiance. My sister went for a neck and back massage, she came out and by the look on her face I could tell she was rejuvenated and fully relaxed. Her therapist was experienced and thorough with the massage and gave recommendations and advice to ease stress on the muscles. We moved on to the sleep lounges which were possibly the one the highlights of our trip, alongside the female only steam. Overall, a beautiful, relaxing and well oiled spa which i would recommend to all.
