There’s plenty of granny cast-offs to root through here – and believe us, you’ll need to root. Apparel and bric-a-brac are in plentiful supply, and while reasonably organised, the stock is not as ruthlessly edited as that of more commercial-minded charity shops. It’s just as well, as the volume means you’re likely to turf up some real vintage finds – and cheap ones at that.
This particular branch of All Aboard – part of a chain of stores raising funds for a selection of Jewish charities – is always well stocked with china, glassware and crockery and is a great stop for retro tea party paraphernalia. If you can’t find that elusive bargain, All Aboard keeps good company with a host of other charity shops (Scope, Oxfam, Cancer Research) on West Hampstead’s West End Lane.
