Beyond Retro 10th Anniversary

We can hardly believe it, but the news is true: vintage stalwart Beyond Retro is ten years old. That’s ten whole years of supplying London’s vintage clan with hand-me-down threads and up-cycled apparel through its own line, MADE. Free birthday treats are in store for all its loyal fans throughout mid-May. There's an evening of live music at the Brick Lane store on May 15 (5-7pm); while the Dalston store is hosting a cabaret showcase organised by The Tassel Club on May 17 (7.30-9pm) and an afternoon of acoustic live music with Hoxton FM on May 19 (1-6pm). Over in Soho, two talks with fashion historian (and half of The Broken Hearts DJ duo) Amber Butchart has been arranged on May 18 – Amber will be talking about 1930s style at 9am and 6pm.
