Its a fantastic gardening haven in the middle of London with superb plants and friendly staff who are on hand to give advice and help if needed.

An amazing green refuge in a city, it not only sells top class plants and garden products but helps some special people while doing so.

Beautiful place but very bad customer service unfortunately... they start yelling at you 10 min before closing and still yell at you even when you're already in the cashier! The delivery service is very bad.

The first time the deliveryman throw all my plants at the entrance of the apartment. For the second delivery, which was around £200 pots and plants, he let everything at the entrance of the building, he didn't want to go upstairs and I had to bring everything by myself into the apartment. Garden is expensive and a very poor customer service...

Not just a great garden centre but a socially responsible employer. And the addition of the new cafe is a bonus.

My favourite garden centre in London! The staff are really friendly and always willing to offer advice, a huge selection of plants all year round and at reasonable prices too.

Don't use this place enough but has always helped me when I have my green-finger moments. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
