Time Out says

This isn’t the place for anyone on a tight budget, since 90 per cent of the stock is Leica, and they don’t come cheap – we’re talking £3,000 plus for a camera. The rest of the stock isn’t exactly light on the wallet either, mixing up Voigtlander, Nikon and top-of-the-range Panasonic cameras with Zeiss lenses. Apart from cameras and lenses, there are binoculars by Leika, Zeiss, Nikon and Minox, and accessories including Billingham bags and Gitzo tripods, as well as a nice selection of photographic books by famed Leica users such as Korda and Brassai. They service and repair Leica cameras too, promising to try and fix anything made by the German company.
